Q5Bet Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Q5Bet platform, including all betting services, casino games, jackpot slots, live casino tables, promotional offers and any other services provided through the website at q5bet.click ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and Q5Bet ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our").

To register and use Q5Bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Q5Bet operates a strict 18+ policy and may request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of Q5Bet is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee of Q5Bet or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or have been previously permanently excluded from Q5Bet. Attempting to register a new account after a permanent self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players on Q5Bet.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on Q5Bet. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is considered a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You must keep your account details up to date. If your contact information changes, you are responsible for updating it promptly through your account settings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Q5Bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow any other person to use your account. Q5Bet will never ask for your password in any communication. Any activity that occurs on your account before you notify Q5Bet of unauthorised access is your responsibility.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Q5Bet support at support@q5bet.click immediately.
• Q5Bet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
• Accounts that remain inactive — no login or transaction — for a continuous period of twelve months may be subject to dormancy procedures as described in Section 12.

All deposits and account balances on Q5Bet are held and processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits may be made using the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your name. Q5Bet does not accept deposits from accounts or cards belonging to third parties. Attempting to deposit from a payment method not registered in your name may result in the deposit being reversed and the associated Q5Bet account being suspended pending investigation.

Q5Bet does not charge fees on standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Q5Bet's control. Deposits are credited to your Q5Bet account balance instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Card and IBFT deposits are typically credited within a few minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Q5Bet is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, Q5Bet may request alternative account details registered in your name.

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within five minutes of the request being submitted. Withdrawals to NayaPay, SadaPay and IBFT bank transfer are typically completed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your issuing bank.

• Q5Bet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests require your account to be fully verified. Identity verification documents must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Q5Bet reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in a temporary delay while checks are completed.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus promotion. Only funds that have met the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.

Q5Bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions and daily jackpot prize drops. The standard welcome bonus on Q5Bet is a 100% deposit match up to Rs 20,000. To claim this bonus, you must opt in at the time of your first deposit and the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount stated in the promotion. The bonus will be credited to your account within a few minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion states a different timeframe. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the wagering period.

• Q5Bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already in progress at the point of withdrawal will continue under the terms in place at the time they were credited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using matched betting techniques or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Bets are accepted at Q5Bet's discretion. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at any time before settlement, including where the Company reasonably suspects that the bet is being placed in connection with fraudulent activity, match fixing, insider knowledge or any other form of irregular betting behaviour.

• Once a bet is confirmed on Q5Bet's system, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where the specific product rules permit early cash-out.
• In the event of a technical fault that causes an incorrect result to be displayed, Q5Bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. The certified RTP for each game is displayed on the game's information card.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Q5Bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.

• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or otherwise unlawful means.
• Using Q5Bet for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Any action intended to circumvent Q5Bet's security measures, access controls or responsible gaming tools.

All content on the Q5Bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name Q5Bet, the logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of Q5Bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from Q5Bet without prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorised use of Q5Bet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Q5Bet collects, stores and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at q5bet.click/privacy-policy. By registering on Q5Bet you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Q5Bet does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud detection systems as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled under normal terms and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to identity verification being complete.

Q5Bet reserves the right to close any account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has been detected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible to hold an account under Section 2.
• Q5Bet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Accounts that have had no login and no transaction for twelve consecutive months are considered dormant. Q5Bet will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying dormancy procedures. A dormancy administration fee may be applied to inactive accounts after the twelve-month period. Any remaining balance at the time of dormancy designation will be preserved and returned upon account reactivation following identity verification.

Q5Bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may affect availability from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q5Bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, internet connectivity issues outside Q5Bet's control, or third-party system failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Q5Bet's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Q5Bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file with your account. Non-material updates — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions — may be made without individual notification.
